Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to your Mintzi app on iOS or Android
2. Tap your profile picture on the top left of your screen
3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page
4. Tap Delete Account on the bottom right of your screen

What Data is Deleted?

Upon account deletion, all personal identifiers, linked crypto wallet addresses (if applicable), and reward history associated with your Mintzi account are permanently removed from our active databases.

What Data is Kept?

Certain transaction data may be retained for a limited period (e.g., 2 years) to comply with financial regulations and tax reporting requirements related to crypto rewards. After this legal retention period, the data is purged.

Alternatively, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us at support@mintzi.xyz from your registered email address.
