1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Moon Friend, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Moon Friend is a mobile application that displays lunar phase information, moonrise and moonset times, zodiac data, and related astronomical content. The app includes a free tier and a paid “Pro” tier with additional features.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Moon Friend Pro is available as:

• A monthly auto-renewing subscription (which may include a free trial period)
• A one-time lifetime purchase

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
• Prices are in the currency of your App Store region and may vary by location.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

4. Promotional Codes

From time to time we may issue promotional codes that unlock Pro features. Promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be revoked or expired at our discretion.

5. Informational Use Only

All lunar data, astronomical calculations, moon phase information, and daily messages provided by Moon Friend are for entertainment and general informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon for scientific research, navigation, maritime or tidal planning, or any purpose requiring precision astronomical data. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Moon Friend — including illustrations, animations, text, daily messages, and design — is owned by Mintzi and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any app content without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or access restrictions
• Redistribute or resell app content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Moon Friend is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mintzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Moon Friend, including but not limited to loss of data or inaccurate lunar information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Mintzi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
